    Brad has over 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and specialized technically oriented construction. He joined Morgan-Keller in 1983 and developed his management skills in various roles, including Scheduler, Estimator, Project Manager, Manager of Specialty Contracts, Business Development Representative, Vice President of the Specialty Contracts Group, and Executive Vice President. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Finance and his Master of Business Administration degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.

    President & COO

    Taylor joined Morgan-Keller in 2011 and has been an integral part of the growth of the organization since that time. Taylor’s experience includes planning, coordination, negotiation, estimating, and budget management for a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.

  • Darrell Guyton

    Senior Vice President

    Darrell is the Vice President of the Specialty Construction and Commercial Facilities Maintenance Groups. Typical projects in these departments include new construction, tenant fit-out, and renovations ranging in value from $2,000 to $2,000,000. Darrell joined the company in 1987 and spent his early years with the company as an Estimator and Project Manager. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations and Management from McDaniel College and is a graduate of The Project Manager’s Academy, a program with the Department of Construction Science & Management in the College of Architecture at Clemson University.

    Senior Vice President & CFO

    Joy has been with Morgan-Keller for 26 years and has 34 years of experience in accounting for residential and commercial construction. She earned her B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College and her M.B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s College.

  • Chuck Brandenburg

    Vice President MK Concrete

    With over 25 years of concrete construction experience, Chuck’s resume includes positions as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and General Concrete Operations Manager. Chuck currently serves on the Board of Directors for Maryland Ready Mix Concrete Association (MRMCA). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. Chuck has been with Morgan-Keller for 24 years.

    Vice President Construction Management

    Jeff has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction.  Jeff joined Morgan-Keller Construction in 1999 and quickly developed his construction knowledge and management skills through various roles including Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UNC Chapel Hill.  

  • Bryan Adgate

    Vice President Enterprise Risk Management

    Bryan has 17 years of experience in commercial construction and two years of experience in residential construction. Bryan joined Morgan-Keller Construction in 2003 and has worked in estimating, project management, and pre-construction services. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

  • Adam Gerhart

    Vice President Commercial Facilities Maintenance

    Adam joined Morgan-Keller in 2013.  Before he became the Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM) Vice President, he served as a Specialty Contract’s Project Manager. Upon joining the CFM team, he served as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Operations Manager.  Adam is responsible for the overall coordination of each project including supervision of the project management staff, client communications, design/construction contract management, budget coordination, planning, and project execution.  Adam has an A.A.S. in Construction Management Technology from Frederick Community College,  a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, and a MBA from Hood College.

  • Rob Pulley

    Vice President - Organizational Development

    Rob provides executive leadership for Morgan Keller’s shared services groups to ensure plans support our core mission and strategic vision. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in providing executive coaching and developing a first-class training and development program to support key roles and business units across the organization. With an impressive 19-year consulting career, including his most recent six years co-leading FMI’s succession practice, Rob’s wealth of experience is an asset that he undoubtedly brings to Morgan-Keller.
