Morgan-Keller's Foundry Square project in Frederick, MD, is reaching its final stages. This project encompassed the construction of a cutting-edge intergenerational apartment community spanning 180,808 square feet, comprising 152 homes.
In addition to revamping two historic buildings, the project entailed the construction of three new apartment buildings. Among these are a family building and two senior buildings, linked by a breezeway and pedestrian path below, promoting connectivity and accessibility throughout the community.
