Foundry Square
180,808 SF state-of-the-art intergeneration apartment community with 152 homes. This project includes the renovation of two historic buildings and the addition of three new apartment buildings. The new construction includes a family building and two senior buildings that are connected by a breezeway and a pedestrian path below.

EDE Frederick
Construction of five, four-story multifamily buildings with a total of 350 Class “A” apartment homes. The project included a state-of-the-art clubhouse amenity outfitted with a fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor pool, co-working spaces and common areas, and meeting rooms suited for entertainment activities. Approximately 525 free parking spaces are available, as well as 11, two-car garage units, which can be reserved and rented by residents.

Sam's Car Wash
This project consisted of the ground up construction of a new car wash facility with associated sitework. The car wash includes vacuuming and detailing stations, a check in station, and offices.

Brambleton Performing Arts Center
Transformation of a dairy barn into a new performing arts center. The new facility can be used for outdoor concerts, events, and weddings. The interior is constructed with rooms and offices to accommodate a variety of events. Architectural modifications modernize and improve the integrity of the building while maintaining a nod to its rural past.

Seton Shrine Museum
This 11,000 SF renovation to the Museum brings state-of-the-art and interactive techniques to tell Mother Seton’s life story, from childhood to sainthood. The project includes the reconfiguration of the original grand, but underutilized entrance near the shrine basilica into a spacious and welcoming visitor center that will lead people into the new museum. It consists of four new exhibit areas including two of which that will be used for the special exhibits, as well as the fitout of a new gift shop for the museum.
