A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Friday, Sept. 9th to celebrate the completion of the Mount St. Mary’s (MSM) University Knott Academic Center Expansion project.
This project included a 12,500 SF addition and renovations to the 49,074 SF Knott Academic Center, MSM's primary academic facility and home to the Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business. Designed by Marotta/Main Architects, the upgraded facility includes multiple collaborative learning spaces, new classrooms, technological upgrades, improved faculty offices, new flooring and lighting, the student-run Saxbys café, and more.
Timothy E. Trainor, Ph.D., President of MSM, thanked Morgan-Keller for their efforts saying, “Morgan-Keller served as our General Contractor firm and did a wonderful job finishing the project on time and on budget despite the many challenges of construction in the COVID era. I want to recognize President and CEO of Morgan-Keller and Mount Alum Brad Guyton and his team for their exceptional work.”
