Morgan-Keller has started construction on the ZeroPak project in Winchester, VA!
We are transforming this historic apple packing plant into 121 affordable housing units to revitalize the city’s North End. Over the course of the project, we will preserve the historic buildings unique character while updating it for modern affordable housing needs.
