Morgan-Keller is proud to announce the completion of the Cross Stone Commons renovation in Middletown, MD!
When a vehicle hit and caused significant damage to this retail space, our Commercial Facilities Maintenance team stepped in to restore the property. They began by carefully demolishing the damaged areas, including exterior siding, brick, pre-cast sills, and storefront windows. Our team then repaired the building’s framing and installation to guarantee structural integrity.
Inside, they focused on comprehensive repairs, including restoring interior walls, replacing doors, fixing lighting and power outlets, and applying fresh paint. Each detail was carefully attended to, to make sure the space not only met safety standards but also looked good as new.
