Morgan-Keller recently completed the Shepherd University Center for Contemporary Arts, Phase II project in Shepherdstown, WV. Designed by Holzman Moss Bottino Architecture, the new three-story, 26,000 square foot facility provides the Contemporary American Theater Festival with a new performance space, four classrooms, an art gallery, scene shop, prop shop, sculpture studio, lobby and common space, outdoor work area, and a grey water conservation system. The exterior shell consists of copper shingle siding and a barrel roof covered with colored PVC. The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
