Morgan-Keller recently celebrated progress at Little Patuxent Apartments in Gambrills, MD with a topping off ceremony!
We were joined by Green Street Housing, LLC and other members of the development team. Additionally, representatives from Anne Arundel County Government, Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. - ACDS, and the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County were in attendance.
This project will provide 78 new affordable senior apartments to the community. We are proud to be part of an initiative with such a positive impact and look forward to its successful completion.
