Morgan-Keller recently launched M-K Academy.
As an integral part of our comprehensive 5-year strategic plan and business process improvements, M-K Academy will be a cornerstone of our dedication to fostering growth and development within our organization. This initiative is more than just a new project; it is the realization of a vision that began six years ago when we established our core purpose and core values in partnership with FMI. At that pivotal moment, we planted the seed for M-K Academy, rooted in our commitment to creating an environment of continuous learning, professional growth, and excellence.
We acknowledge that while M-K Academy has been a topic of much discussion over the years, we had yet to take the necessary steps to bring it to life. Moreover, our 2024 employee engagement survey highlighted training and development as the area needing the most improvement. This feedback has made it clear that we must prioritize and enhance our learning and development efforts.
This represents a significant leap forward in our journey of preparing Morgan-Keller for a bright future, and we are fully committed to making M-K Academy a reality
