A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Morgan-Keller's Urban Green Apartments project in Urbana, Maryland was held on Wednesday, June 22nd. Urban Green is the first of its kind and provides the modern accommodations of city living with the small town beauty of the countryside. Located within walking distance to an abundance of established retail, within 1 mile of I-270, and just a short drive to downtown Frederick, “Urban Green is the perfect place to call home,” said Nan Sheridan-Mann from the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce, as she kicked off the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

Urban Green consists of 352 apartment homes located at 3378 Urbana Pike, just off of Fingerboard Road. Large one, two, and three bedroom homes are available for lease. According to Gables Residential, the property’s management company, there has been an extremely high level of interest from the community since the project began. The first group of residents have officially settled in, and leasing momentum is ahead of the anticipated pace.
