About this Project
Construction of a five-story hotel with 135 guest rooms. Its signature look is a roof top swoosh and exterior insulation finish systems façade illuminated with neon blue and yellow strip lights.
The public spaces have a unique openness of no walls and no limits. Items of interest are the “W XYZ” bar, where the bar itself changes colors; “Re:fuel”, the gourmet pantry where you can grab a snack; and the “Re:mix” lobby that offers an open layout, mood lighting, and music that sets the tone for an eclectic and electric experience.
The guest rooms have a loft inspired design with nine-foot ceilings with exposed metal decking, platform bed, and oversized showers and windows that allow natural light.
