About this Project
This project involved replacement of the existing ice making equipment and air handling units; partial replacement of the existing roof and insulation; relocation of the existing roof hatch and ladder; insulating and sealing building soffits; and renovation and ADA upgrade of the existing lobby restrooms.The Columbia Association (CA) is a management organization for the financing, and maintenance of common-use facilities of the planned development of Columbia, Maryland.
