About this Project
This project included tilt-up concrete construction of a one-story building. Morgan-Keller also fit-out the interior into office and low-clearance warehouse space. An 800 square foot cast-in-place sand filter vault was also constructed. Concrete work included 4,000 square feet of sidewalk and paver base, as well as two cast-in-place monument signs.
