    Vice President Commercial Facilities Maintenance

    Adam joined Morgan-Keller in 2013.  Before he became the Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM) Vice President, he served as a Specialty Contract’s Project Manager. Upon joining the CFM team, he served as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Operations Manager.  Adam is responsible for the overall coordination of each project including supervision of the project management staff, client communications, design/construction contract management, budget coordination, planning, and project execution.  Adam has an A.A.S. in Construction Management Technology from Frederick Community College,  a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, and a MBA from Hood College.

    Rich joined the team in 2013.  While at Morgan-Keller, he has also held roles as Commercial Facilities Maintenance (CFM) Services Manager and Senior CFM Services Manager. Rich has 17 years of construction/maintenance experience and has extensive senior project management knowledge within the commercial construction industry.

    Chris joined Morgan-Keller in 2015 as the CFM Van Services Manager. Chris spent 15 years in Irrigation Service Management which is closely aligned to his duties with Morgan-Keller.  His responsibilities include supervision of the CFM Field Staff, managing emergency responses, service calls, Time & Material work, and small projects.  Chris earned his A.A.S. in Ornamental Horticulture: Landscape Development from SUNY Cobleskill.
